Only parents/guardians of students enrolled in McAllen ISD are allowed to have an account.
Your account will provide you with access to the Skyward Family Access service to view your child's information, grades and attendance.
Step 1: READ ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY: Please read the McAllen ISD Electronic Communication and Data Management policies CQ (LEGAL, LOCAL, REGULATION) and Exhibit D.

Step 2: Pick up your account access information at one of your child(ren)'s schools*. Parents must present a valid ID.
*Parents who cannot pick up their account access information at one of their child(ren)'s schools may receive their account access information by mail. Please follow these instructions:
- obtain a photocopy of your driver's license
- sign and notarize the Parent/Guardian Website Account Information School Document/Affidavit (click here to download form English|Español)
- mail both documents to one of your child(ren)'s schools
